Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Digital Product Manager to drive the ecommerce platform roadmap and lifecycle, aligning with sales, marketing, and support to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

You will partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to define features and user stories, manage scope, and ensure delivery from concept to launch, while promoting transparency and rapid problem-solving to deliver business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product or program management with end-to-end delivery and ownership of product roadmap strategy, definition, and execution.
• 5+ years in Agile/Scrum with Product Owner/Manager roles.
• Ability to manage 1-3+ concurrent workstreams across multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Use data, KPIs, and quantitative analysis to validate assumptions and drive measurable actions.
• Define product strategy and roadmaps spanning 12–24 months and execute complex development cycles.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative consumer software and services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and improve product capabilities.
• Define long-term strategy and vision for device management and leverage new technologies.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to identify pain points.
• Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions balancing customer impact and business value.
• Drive requirement definition, user experience design, and roadmap prioritization.
