Qualifications

• 5+ years in product or program management with end-to-end ownership of roadmap strategy and execution.
• 5+ years in an Agile/Scrum and Lean environment in a Product Owner/Manager role.
• Ability to prioritize 1-3+ concurrent workstreams across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Data-driven with KPIs to validate assumptions, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive actions.
• Define 12- to 24-month roadmaps and translate objectives into initiatives and launches.
• Proven track record delivering 2+ innovative products with measurable adoption or impact.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategy and vision for device management and new features.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to identify pain points.
• Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features for releases.
