Job summary

Jobtailor in Colorado is seeking a Senior Product Manager/PO to lead digital product vision and a customer-centric roadmap across multiple teams. You will guide delivery teams, align with executives, and ensure ROI supports strategic goals.

The role requires extensive agile experience, strong communication, and ability to build relationships with analysts, UI/UX, leadership, and stakeholders to deliver value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience with digital experience and/or related industries such as insurance, retirement, or financial services.
• Five years of experience as a product manager, product owner, business analyst, or related role.
• Second level Product Owner / Product Manager certification (e.g. CSPOII, SAFe POPM).
• Expert knowledge of agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA or similar agile product management toolset.
• Experience establishing and executing a product vision and roadmap across several teams/domains.
• In-depth experience with agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up to date on industry standards and best practices.
• Solid understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and highly organized, with precise attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong relationships with business analysts, UI/UX team, leadership, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of software development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and executive management to define the digital product vision and roadmap.
• Drive customer-centric focus with Product Owners to convey the roadmap to delivery teams.
• Provide leadership to delivery teams ensuring ROI aligns with strategic objectives.
• Establish and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog with the team.
• Coordinate with UI/UX, Scrum Masters, and other POs to maintain roadmaps and goals.
• Lead release planning with stakeholders and set expectations for new functionalities.
