Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, CS or related field.
• MBA/MS preferred.
• 10+ years of job-related experience; 12+ years without degree.
• 5+ years in product management, strategic planning and product innovation in software.
• Experience in agile Product Owner/PM roles in software development Scrum teams.
• Broad IT domain experience across multiple areas (PM, Applications, EA, PM, QA, Infra).
• Experience with large-scale Agile software development (SAFe) preferred.
