Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States (Connecticut) seeks a senior product owner to lead and mentor a team of product managers, guiding the product vision and strategy across the portfolio.

You will partner with global stakeholders, including senior Gartner leaders, software engineers, design and data science, drive multi-year roadmaps, and steer concept sprints to balance customer needs with business value and technical investment.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years’ experience as a digital product owner.
• 6-10 years’ experience directly managing product managers.
• Experience at startups and enterprise software/product companies is ideal.
• Bachelor's Degree or MBA/equivalent.
• Strong product mindset and track record of solving difficult problems with business leaders.
• Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience defining product strategy, setting vision and delivering multi-year roadmaps.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers.
• Partner with global stakeholders, including senior Gartner leaders, software engineers, product design, data science and more.
• Drive the overarching product/tool vision and strategy.
• Participate in and lead concept sprints to build a product roadmap.
• Drive portfolio prioritization, balance customer needs, business value, and technical investment.
• Influence executive stakeholders, communicate product vision, and drive alignment across the organization.
