• Promote digital offerings internally with training and adoption support.
• Develop industry-facing content such as webinars and conferences.
• Support revenue FP&A, opportunity creation, and CRM accuracy.
• Monitor industry dynamics to inform strategy.
• Mentor Digital team members specializing in the industry.
