Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Digital Embellishment Sales Specialist to grow the MGI product lines within Commercial Print and Industrial Print markets, collaborating across Direct/Dealer/Canada channels.

The role emphasizes achieving sales quotas, coaching a team of sales associates, and leading demand-generation activities while building productive relationships with key accounts across the region.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum six years of sales experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment; or A record of achievement in the Account Manager position.
• 3+ years of software marketing/product management experience.
• 5+ yrs experience in Graphic Communications and Industrial Print.
• PC proficiency; Travel is required, approximately 50+%.

Responsibilities

• Supports the success of an assigned team of salespeople, including executives and business development staff.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
• Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate involvement of other company personnel when needed (support resources, team members, management).
• Responds to customer support requirements of the supported team, including account management and business development support, implementation and service personnel.
• Work closely with Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
