Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking a Digital Embellishment Sales Specialist to expand relationships and drive sales across Commercial Print and Industrial Print markets. The role collaborates with Direct/Dealer/Canada channels and supports pre/post sales closes on qualified opportunities, reporting to the VP of Sales Operations.

The position emphasizes quota attainment, market development, and team-oriented sales leadership in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Six years of sales experience in B2B, large/strategic accounts or proven achievement in Account Manager role.
• 3+ years of software marketing or product management experience.
• 5+ years in Graphic Communications and Industrial Print.
• Travel is required, approximately 50+%.

Responsibilities

• Supports the success of an assigned team of salespeople, including VP in Production Print and KM-1 Sales.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
• Provides coaching and development to sales staff to improve knowledge and skills.
• Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the product specialty.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate involvement of other company personnel as needed, including support resources.
• Responds to customer support requirements including account management and business development support.
• Works closely with Customer Service to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
• May be assigned to support a geography or named account teams.
