Impact Recruitment Ltd in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a Die Casting Tool Crib & MRO Purchasing Coordinator who will own daily tool room inventory, MRO purchasing, and vendor relations to keep production running.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of tenure at each prior employer.
• Experience in manufacturing inventory control or MRO purchasing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of industrial tooling.
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tool crib organization and issuance of tooling, PPE, and maintenance supplies to production.
• Track inventory transactions and maintain min/max stock levels.
• Generate and process purchase orders for tooling, MRO items, and supplies.
• Obtain competitive quotes, negotiate pricing and terms, and consolidate supplies to reduce costs.
• Monitor open purchase orders and resolve shipping discrepancies, pricing errors, or returns.
• Log documentation for tool issuance, inventory receipts, POs, and supplier performance evaluations.
