Job summary

Jobtailor in Arizona is seeking an experienced Construction Program Manager to lead design, preconstruction, and construction activities for large campus data center projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, and executive-level status updates, while coordinating with tenants, developers, and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Science or Engineering, 7+ years in commercial construction, and experience with design-build or CM at risk delivery.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience delivering Lump Sum, CM at Risk, and Design Build projects from development to closeout.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint for executive updates and Excel for budgets.
• Ability to travel 25–50% of the time.
• Experience with delivery of data center facilities preferred.
• Seven years of data center construction experience and/or seven years of client-developer-facing tenant fit-out experience preferred.
• Extensive experience managing MEP trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design, preconstruction, and construction activities for assigned projects
• Manage multiple campus projects, budgets, schedules, and status reports
• Maintain daily tenant interface and developer-client partnerships
• Write scopes of work and participate in procurement and cost estimates
• Coordinate submittals with site stakeholders
• Review contractor pay applications and change order requests; negotiate pricing
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams on client solutions
