Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States (Arizona) seeks an experienced Architect to oversee the production and coordination of contract deliverables, including field surveys, design drawings, construction documents, and specifications. You will work with internal staff to integrate deliverables and coordinate with external consultants and AHJs.

The role requires 6+ years in architecture or design, proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office, and demonstrated Data Center expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in architecture or design firm.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience coordinating architectural construction documents.
• Data Centers experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and coordination of contract deliverables including field surveys, design drawings, construction documents, exhibits, and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal design staff to integrate design deliverables into contract documents and specifications.
• Coordinate project deliverables with external consultants and project partners.
• Generate code research and feasibility studies and coordinate with AHJ representatives.
• Schedule and participate in pre-submittal or design review meetings.
• Provide administrative support, including meeting agendas and minutes, project trackers, permit applications, checklists, RFI and submittal logs, and project reports.
• Guide staff on firm-wide documentation standards, templates, and graphic standards.
• Assist with accurate and complete project specifications.
• Participate in QA/QC reviews of deliverables, consultant documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate external submittals to local permitting authorities and AHJs.
• Produce and coordinate deliverables during construction administration, including site visits, field reports, submittal and RFI reviews, and formal responses.
• Produce accurate and timely work according to project schedules, workplans, design intent, and project budget.
