Job summary

Foundation List seeks a visionary Vice President of Development and Partnerships to steer philanthropic revenue and strategy across the Deep South Today network. Reporting to the CEO, you will guide local markets and network-wide initiatives, coaching Senior Directors and maintaining major donor portfolios.

You will partner with leadership to set priorities, monitor revenue, and cultivate high-value funders, building a cohesive, high-performing development team across markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading philanthropy programs and teams.
• Strong track record in major gifts and institutional fundraising.
• Ability to plan and oversee multi-year fundraising strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Development & Partnerships leadership across local markets.
• Set annual and multi-year fundraising goals with CEO and leaders.
• Coach Senior Directors and monitor progress toward donor targets.
• Cultivate and steward major gifts and institutional funders.
• Oversee development budget and fundraising ROI.
• Drive cross-market collaboration to align strategy and operations.
