Job summary

The Neurodiversity Alliance seeks a strategic Vice President of Development to lead a bold, multi-year fundraising program and empower the CEO and Board as ambassadors for transformational philanthropy. This senior leader will manage a portfolio of high-capacity donors and guide a comprehensive individual giving program.

Reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the Director of Development & Donor Relations, you will shape strategy, drive revenue growth, and ensure strong stewardship.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years nonprofit fundraising experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience leading ambitious fundraising strategies that drive significant growth.
• Ability to coach the CEO and Board and cultivate high-capacity donors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a bold, multi-year fundraising strategy.
• Coach the CEO and Board to grow major gifts and external partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to expand revenue including foundations and corporate sponsors.
• Lead donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans.
• Oversee systems, reporting, and fundraising operations with excellence.
• Build and mentor a high-performing development team.
• Collaborate with communications to tell compelling donor stories.
• Elevate organizational partnerships and strategic philanthropy.
