Hillels of Georgia in Atlanta, Georgia seeks a Development and Marketing Manager to lead fundraising and marketing campaigns, donor engagement, and storytelling. This dual-role collaborates with campus professionals, reporting to the Chief Development Officer.

The role focuses on developing donor-centric campaigns, managing events, and maintaining brand cohesion across platforms within a dynamic nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, fundraising, or nonprofit development.
• Knowledge of Jewish culture and tradition with a commitment to Hillel's mission and values.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Canva; experience with Constant Contact and Wix.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy with the Chief Development Officer.
• Create donor-centric appeals and campaigns for email, direct mail, and social media.
• Oversee donor stewardship initiatives and impact reports.
• Plan and execute the annual fundraising gala and donor events.
• Provide support for fundraising and alumni events.
• Design and execute a robust marketing and communications strategy for Hillels of Georgia and affiliated campus Hillels.
• Prepare newsletters, stewardship emails, and appeals; manage mass emails (Constant Contact).
• Maintain and update the Hillels of Georgia website and social media channels.
