Kayne Anderson Real Estate is seeking a Development Manager, Design and Construction in Boca Raton, FL. The role involves overseeing multiple national projects, managing repairs on existing properties, and conducting due diligence for acquisitions to mitigate risk for the owner.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction/development, strong budgeting and project-management skills, and the ability to travel 2–4 weekdays per month across the United States. This is an in-office, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of relevant construction, development, due diligence, or design experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 2–4 weekdays per month within the United States.
• Experience with mid-sized or institutional GC, developer, or owner/operator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple development projects across the country.
• Manage repairs on existing properties and oversee due diligence for acquisitions.
• Inspect properties to mitigate risk for the owner.
