Ethos is seeking a strategic business development manager to help train an AI language model on professional presentations. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks, focusing on storyline development, executive summaries and slide craftsmanship.

This is a flexible remote role, 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Ideal candidates have 3+ years at top tech firms or enterprise B2B, superb PowerPoint skills, and impeccable written communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Strategic Business Development Manager at a top high-growth tech company or enterprise B2B firm.
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring and client-ready deck production.
• Develop stories, structure exhibits, ensure data-driven visuals, and maintain consistency across decks for professional audiences.
