The position offers a compensation range of $125,000 - $150,000 annually, alongside comprehensive benefits. The CDO will work closely with senior leadership to drive AHFH’s mission and financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years professional experience in a nonprofit organization.
• 5+ years of staff management experience.
• Excellent writing and verbal skills.
