Job summary

Choices for People Center, Inc. is seeking a Strategic and Organizational Development Coordinator to assist with resource development, marketing, and fundraising initiatives. You will help elevate visibility through comprehensive development strategies and support donor engagement, events, and community outreach.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, strong writing skills, and maintaining consistent branding in communications. Travel to organizational sites and events is required.

Qualifications

• Marketing and fundraising experience preferred.
• Experience with brand management, digital marketing, and strategic communications preferred.
• Experience with nonprofits, grant writing, or fundraising campaigns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing, fundraising, and organizational development initiatives.
• Create engaging social media content and manage posting schedules.
• Develop internal and external marketing materials, including newsletters and presentations.
• Write clear communications for employees, donors, community partners, and the public.
• Assist with fundraising campaigns, donor communications and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and partners.
