Job summary

Choices for People Center, Inc. is seeking a Strategic and Organizational Development Coordinator to support marketing, fundraising, and organizational development initiatives. The role will help elevate visibility through comprehensive development strategies and donor engagement.

The position involves creating communications, coordinating events, and collaborating with departments to promote services and stories while maintaining consistent branding. Travel to organizational sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Marketing and fundraising experience preferred.
• Brand management, digital marketing, and strategic communications preferred.
• Experience with nonprofits, grant writing, or fundraising campaigns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing, fundraising, and organizational development initiatives.
• Create engaging social media content and manage posting schedules in conjunction with the social media team.
• Develop internal and external marketing materials, including flyers, newsletters, presentations, and promotional content.
• Write clear communications for employees, donors, community partners, and the public.
• Bring creative ideas to campaigns, events and outreach efforts.
• Assist with fundraising campaigns, donor communications and special events.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, businesses, and other partners.
• Collaborate with departments to share stories, highlight accomplishments, and promote services.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across materials and communications.
• Demonstrate strong writing, organization, and relationship-building skills.
