Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a related role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to craft presentations and proposals.
• Experience working with university senior leadership on strategic planning or organizational strategy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate biweekly Transformational Giving meeting agendas and outline actionable steps for the leadership team.
• Work with the Transformational Giving Leadership Team to determine fundraising priorities and develop playbooks for Transformational and Presidential gift prospects.
• Collaborate with UT Development Office leadership to identify intersections between UT's strategic plan priorities and fundraising needs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
