Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive professional fundraising experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior development role.
• Proven success in securing major gifts, grants, and profitable events.
• Ability to translate organizational goals into actionable revenue strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; grant proposals and presentations.
• Experience managing fundraising software and CRM, Salesforce preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute an annual, multi-channel development plan to meet or exceed budgetary goals across donor channels.
• Partner with the Executive Director and Board to align fundraising strategy with growth priorities.
• Establish KPIs to track fundraising performance and donor retention with regular reports to leadership.
• Oversee the development budget and resource allocation.
