UCAN in Chicago is seeking a Director of Development to lead fundraising efforts, donor communications, branding, and major events. This leadership role reports to the Vice President of Development and supervises the Development Manager and Marketing Communications Manager.

The position oversees annual fund, donor relations, and board fundraising initiatives to advance UCAN’s mission. The Director will manage a portfolio of major gifts, coordinate Moves Management, supervise staff, and ensure

Competenze

• Minimum of 7 years of fundraising experience required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of non-profit best practices preferred.

• Plans and leads annual fundraising strategies and donor communications, including major gifts.
• Oversees gift administration and revenue reconciliation; manages donor communications strategy.
• Develops branding, content for UCAN website and newsletters, and guides collateral for events.
