Job summary

Tall Pines Conservancy in Wisconsin is seeking a Director of Philanthropy to lead and grow our fundraising program. You will build donor relationships, expand major gifts, annual giving, and planned giving, and strengthen systems for long-term philanthropic success.

The role supports a capital campaign and helps shape the organization's philanthropic vision. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will work with the Board, Development Committee, and staff to cultivate opportunities, communicate

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success building and sustaining meaningful donor relationships.
• Experience with major gifts, annual giving, donor cultivation and stewardship, and/or planned giving.
• Ability to develop fundraising strategies and manage systems to execute them.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating conservation work into philanthropic opportunities.
