The Jewish Community Center of Greater Albuquerque seeks an experienced Senior Director of Development to lead comprehensive fundraising efforts and align priorities with the JCC's mission, goals, and program needs. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive strategies to increase philanthropy, deepen donor engagement, and build sustainable fundraising across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5–7 years in nonprofit fundraising or related field.
• Strong grant-writing and editing skills.
• Proven ability to cultivate major gifts and manage donor portfolios.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
