Qualificações

• Five to seven years of progressively responsible nonprofit fundraising or development experience.
• Proven track record of raising at least $300,000 annually, with documented results.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or related field; CFRE preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and evaluate an annual development plan.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
• Oversee contracted grant writer; coordinate with program and finance leaders.
• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events, including Annual Luncheon.
• Maintain donor recognition and stewardship program and timely acknowledgments.
• Coordinate fundraising communications and media outreach.
• Maintain donor records in Bloomerang and report results to leadership.
• Support Board and Advisory Council with materials and follow-up.
