Review proposals, secure internal approvals, maintain a submission and reporting calendar, and ensure program and fiscal staff prepare and submit funder reports and grant commitments.
  • Campaigns and events. Plan and execute appeals, digital campaigns, and fundraising events. Including the agency's signature event, Annual Luncheon. Coordinate sponsorships, vendors, logistics, staff support, and volunteers within approved budgets. Evaluate gross revenue, direct expenses, net proceeds, and results after each campaign or event.

  • Communications and outreach. Coordinate fundraising communications, quarterly newsletters, social media, promotional materials, and media outreach. Maintain consistent messaging and branding; obtain approvals and appropriate permissions for client stories, photographs, and other content.
  • Records and reporting. Maintain accurate, secure donor and prospect records in the agency's donor management system, currently Bloomerang. Reconcile fundraising records with Finance and report results, donor retention, pipeline progress, grant activity, and budget variances to the Executive Director and designated groups.
  • Collaboration and continuity. Support the Board's Fundraising Workgroup and Advisory Council with materials and follow-up.
