Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, finance or construction management.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams on complex development projects.
• Expertise in financial modeling, IRR/NPV/ROIC and pro forma analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to Development Project Managers on strategic initiatives.
• Manage pro forma projections of revenues/expenses, cash flows and returns.
• Support real estate site selection, lease negotiations and financial modeling.
• Oversee and manage $250M+ inventory capital.
• Lead cross-functional and vendor relationships on acquisitions and development.
