Responsibilities

• Negotiate land acquisitions with property owners for development or redevelopment.
• Coordinate with communities, utilities and partners to remove project obstacles.
• Track and ensure compliance with land purchase and sale requirements.
• Lead pre-development planning including site engineering, market research and zoning.
• Assist in evaluating opportunities and securing development.
• Prepare business plans and market analyses for proposed locations.
• Develop market analyses and strategic direction from data.
