Job summary

Seabury Resources for Aging seeks a Director of Development and Communications to lead fundraising strategy, donor relations, and communications. You will manage major gifts, annual giving, and campaigns, while directing development operations and CRM use.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8–10 years nonprofit development and/or communications experience.
• Proven fundraising generalist with major gifts, annual giving, and campaigns.
• Experience managing development operations and CRM/budget processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and donor relations strategy to achieve revenue goals.
• Oversee stewardship, major gifts, annual giving, and campaigns.
• Develop and implement development operations, CRM, and reporting.
• Collaborate with CAO/CEO and boards on fundraising plans.
• Oversee Communications to align with fundraising goals.
