Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead operational aspects of IC contracts and ensure high-quality, secure delivery. You will collaborate with the Program Manager to manage resources, schedules, and stakeholder communications in high-stakes environments.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance and 5+ years of program or project management experience within the Intelligence Community, with a focus on enterprise-level design, audits, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in program or project management within the Intelligence Community
• Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph security clearance
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-level operational team structures in a technology-focused environment
• Experience managing internal and external audits using the RACI framework
• Proven ability to conduct business process reviews and drive operational improvements
• Bachelor’s degree as listed in the qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Program Manager in contract execution and high-quality delivery
• Provide operational leadership and replace the Program Manager as needed to maintain continuity of operations
• Manage daily operations including resource allocation, project scheduling, and task prioritization
• Oversee timely completion of deliverables meeting timelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with team leads to monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues
• Assist in designing inclusive, enterprise-level operational team structures in technology space
• Manage audits using the RACI methodology
• Conduct business process reviews to drive efficiency and improvement
• Prepare and deliver program status reports and executive briefings
• Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and external stakeholders
