Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in Business/Public Administration, Engineering, Finance, Environmental Science, or related field.
• At least ten years of progressively responsible management experience in a complex public agency, utility, or regulated environment.
• Five+ years at a senior management level.
• CPA, CFA, or senior HR certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Risk Management.
• Provide agency-wide strategic leadership and policy direction.
• Serve as Deputy General Manager on behalf of the General Manager when needed.
• Be a strategic partner and change-management champion for a growing agency undergoing restructuring.
