The role partners with executive leadership and the Board to shape corporate governance, regulatory engagement, and enterprise risk management, while guiding contracts, litigation, and complex financial services law.

Qualifications

• Ability to advise executive leadership and Board on governance, risk, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive leadership and the Board on governance, policy, and compliance matters.
• Oversee, draft, and negotiate corporate contracts and enterprise agreements.
• Manage litigation strategy and coordinate outside counsel while monitoring risk.
• Lead regulatory engagement, compliance collaboration, and policy development.
• Provide guidance on HR matters, standards of conduct, and internal policies.
• Develop succession planning within the Legal department.
• Monitor evolving legal requirements to anticipate business impact.
