Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Successful completion of the state bar examination and qualified to practice law in the state.
• 1–3 years of law practice.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal legal counsel and work with General Counsel to determine legal posture for the Association.
• Ensure business practices, policies, and dealings meet regulatory requirements and applicable policies.
• Support the Risk Management function.
• Manage and maintain the Association’s bylaws, policies and procedures manual, and review processes for policy adoption and publishing.
