Job summary

Empower AI is seeking a Master Scheduler for the Department of State engagement. You will manage the integrated master schedule and coordinate with PMO, Product Teams, and Government reps to deliver IT services enterprise-wide.

This role requires 6+ years of IT project management, a Bachelor's, and security clearance. The position offers a challenging Federal contract environment with opportunity to influence scheduling and delivery across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT project management experience.
• Bachelor's in IT or related field.
• PMI-SP certification desired.
• Secret Security Clearance required.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide, maintain, and support common tools and processes enabling government to track and manage projects.
• Employ comprehensive management to ensure a systematic IT project management approach with government coordination.
• Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule for all operational elements of the effort.
• Establish and maintain structured processes to engage Product Teams throughout the life cycle from planning to deployment.
• Facilitate regular collaboration sessions between Enterprise Operations and Product Teams to align requirements, timelines, and priorities.

Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity at the Department of State! The Master Scheduler works in the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure we manage the operations and complete required deliverables to support the customer's mission to provide IT services to DoS users enterprise wide.

You will provide a variety of multi-disciplined management services to support the overall program, various customer Portfolio and associated Product Teams.

• You are responsible for providing, maintaining, and supporting common tools and processes that enable the Government to track and manage individual projects.
• You will employ comprehensive management functions to ensure a systematic approach to IT project management, coordinating with assigned Government representatives for project execution and documentation.
• The Master Scheduler will be instrumental in developing and maintaining the integrated master schedule for all operational elements of this effort.
• Key to this role is to establish and maintain structured processes to engage with Product Teams throughout the entire product life cycle from initial planning through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring early and continuous Enterprise Operations involvement.
• The Master Scheduler will facilitate regular collaboration sessions between Enterprise Operations and Product Teams to align operational requirements, deployment timelines, and priorities

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

The following are the education and experience required for this position:

• 6+ years
• Bachelor's in IT or related field
• PMI-SP desired Certification
• Secret Security Clearance

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification(s)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The range listed is just one component of Empower AI's total compensation package for employees.
