Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a Deployment Planner in Parsippany, NJ to optimize distribution of finished goods, maximize case fill, and meet co-packing requirements while minimizing transport and warehousing costs. You will work with Sales, Marketing, and Demand & Supply planning to support launches and maintain safety stock levels.

The role reports to the Deployment Planning Manager and requires collaboration across planning and customer service to meet customer requirements in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with data sets.
• Experience in food/drug consumer products industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute deployment strategy to saturate trucks and avoid shipment disruptions.
• Maximize case fill and order fill rate across the network.
• Collaborate with Customer Logistics to manage inventory availability and communicate constraints.
• Provide direction to Warehouse & Transportation partners on shipping, inbound/outbound, and product availability.
• Support Supply Chain initiatives and drive process improvement.
