Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a Customer Demand Planner in Parsippany, New Jersey. This role drives bottom-up demand forecasts across customers and channels, ensuring a reliable roll-up that feeds supply execution.

You will partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to safeguard forecast accuracy and service levels for short- to mid-term horizons, influencing the S&OP cycle and weekly demand management. You will report to the Demand Planning Manager and help translate market signals, promotions, and customer

Qualifications

Strong understanding of demand management and forecasting models.
7+ years in Supply Chain with 4+ years in Demand Planning (FMCG preferred).
Proven success in continuous improvement of service levels and waste reduction.

Responsibilities

Own the S&OP process and consolidate demand at customer/channel/SKU level.
Lead forecast updates from actuals, promos, and signals.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Planning to validate assumptions.
Forecast new products and support phase-in strategies.
Track KPI performance and drive continuous improvement.
