Job summary

Hiossen seeks a proactive sales professional in New Jersey to identify opportunities, nurture relationships, and close new accounts for dental implants. You will collaborate with Marketing and Education to create collateral and training materials, and partner with field teams to advance opportunities through meetings and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, or commercial support.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with field-based sales teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience in dental implants, medical devices, dental technology, or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and follow up with leads to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and close new accounts.
• Partner with Marketing and Education teams to develop collateral, presentations, training materials, and resources needed to support new account acquisition.
• Collaborate with field sales representatives to develop opportunities, conduct customer meetings, and close new accounts.
• Coordinate pricing, promotions, contracts, accounting requirements, and other operational activities necessary to establish and support new accounts.
• Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Education, and Operations to ensure a seamless lead-to-customer transition.
