Job summary

Hiossen Implant is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist for our Ridgefield Park, NJ location. The role focuses on proactively engaging leads, developing relationships, and closing new accounts in collaboration with Marketing, Education, and field sales teams.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of related experience, along with strong communication and organizational skills. On-site employment includes comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, or commercial support.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with field-based sales teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience in dental implants, medical devices, dental technology, or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and follow up with leads to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and close new accounts.
• Partner with Marketing and Education teams to develop collateral, presentations, training materials, and other resources needed to support new account acquisition.
• Collaborate and co-travel with field sales representatives to develop opportunities, conduct customer meetings, and close new accounts.
• Coordinate pricing, promotions, contracts, accounting requirements, and other operational activities necessary to establish and support new accounts.
• Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Education, and Operations to ensure a seamless transition from lead to active customer.
