Job summary

Accelerate Dental is seeking an Executive Advisor to partner with dentists and office managers across a portfolio of practices. This role is hands-on, with travel to sites, and focuses on strengthening leadership, refining operations, and driving profitability.

The EA will influence growth strategy, implement best practices, analyze financial performance, and align teams around clear objectives and a shared vision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site dental operations experience
• Strong P&L forecasting and budgeting skills
• Ability to translate data into action
• Proficiency in dental practice management software

Responsibilities

• Partner with Doctors to define vision, mission, and strategic priorities
• Monitor KPI dashboards and analyze performance
• Evaluate P&L and identify opportunities to improve growth and EBITDA
• Conduct operational audits and guide fraud protection for practices
• Coach Office Managers on leadership and accountability
• Lead Operations Meetings and support Board-level initiatives
