You will manage DSOs and large dental groups, recruit providers as needed, and communicate risk signals to leadership to expand access and strengthen the network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or related healthcare environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation expertise and adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Account management of DSOs and large dental groups to support network initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts at all organizational levels with focus on cost-of-care strategy.
