Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Dental Network Relations Senior Analyst to bridge Aetna and a DSOs, serving as SME for dental products and contract language. You will work cross-functionally to resolve provider concerns, support network growth, and contribute to cost-of-care strategies while traveling up to 10%.

You will negotiate contracts, manage DSOs, analyze data for cost savings, and collaborate with teams to ensure provider satisfaction and program success for the dental network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or related healthcare environment.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation expertise.
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Account management of DSOs and large dental groups to support network strategic initiatives.
• Negotiates contracts at all organizational levels with emphasis on cost-of-care strategy.
• Solid focus on data analytics to identify cost savings opportunities.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve provider issues with urgency.
• Recruits providers as needed to attain network expansion and meet access needs.
• Communicates early warning signs of potential issues/risks to management.
