Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly demand planning cycle and S&OP processes with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and govern planning calendars, forecast assumptions, and decision-making cadences.
• Create data-driven dashboards and executive-ready insights to support planning decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to align demand with supply and working capital objectives.
• Identify risks and opportunities in forecasts and propose practical actions to improve outcomes.
