Delta Faucet Company seeks a Supplier Development Project Manager to lead supplier initiatives from planning through production readiness. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure capacity, quality, and cost improvements while managing risks and transitions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in supplier development with PPAP/APQP knowledge and strong analytics. The role offers global exposure, travel, and a path to enhance supply-chain resilience within a leading organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field required.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional supplier projects and initiatives.
• Experience with PPAP, APQP, first-article qualification, FMEA or audits preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead supplier onboarding, capability-building, and exit projects.
• Create cross-functional project plans with milestones and owners.
• Coordinate readiness activities: capacity validation, first articles, PPAP, ramp-up.
• Assess supplier capabilities with quality, delivery, cost and risk in mind.
• Drive gap-closure plans and supplier-performance improvements.
• Establish targets, monitor progress, and verify sustained results.
• Identify supplier risks and develop contingency plans for continuity.
• Report clearly using SAP, Smartsheet, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
