Job summary

Maker's Pride seeks a Collaborative Planning Manager to bridge customer demand signals and a constrained supply plan. You will own demand and supply accuracy with a 13-week horizon, while collaborating with plant finite scheduling, and corporate planning to deliver a unified plan.

You will partner with Demand Planning, Customer Service, Plant Operations, Materials, and Commercial teams to keep the plan level-loaded, efficient, and responsive to changes across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of supply chain planning experience across demand, supply, scheduling, or S&OP.
• Experience in multi-site manufacturing; food/CPG preferred.
• Demonstrated ability translating demand signals into executable plans.
• Experience with plant scheduling and commercial partners.
• Strong knowledge of planning processes, wheels, segmentation, level-loading.
• Proficient in SAP and planning tools (Blue Yonder or similar).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Influence demand signals across customers to improve accuracy and align to capacity.
• Plan supply at plants with level-loaded, smoothed schedules for service and cost.
• Own 13-week demand/supply accuracy and drive plan quality improvements.
• Own segmentation and production wheels for assigned lines with Supply Chain Directors.
• Minimize unconstrained demand and surface/escalate gaps as needed.
• Coordinate with plant scheduling and corporate planning to deliver One Supply Plan.
• Translate unconstrained demand into constrained SAP entry and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Customer Service, Plant Operations, Materials, and Commercial teams.
• Document changes and drivers to support transparency and decisions.
• Travel to plant locations as needed (10–15%).
