Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in planning/forecasting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with JDA/SAP/PowerBI. Hybrid schedule based in Shelton, CT with cross-functional interactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning or Forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly demand forecast inputs and projections with marketing and sales.
• Lead demand consensus meetings and ensure sign-off with stakeholders.
• Collaborate on S&OP processes and inventory risk management.
• Support fulfillment with demand information for on-time delivery.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and root causes to drive improvements.
