Edgewell is seeking a seasoned Demand Planner in Shelton, CT to own the US forecast for key customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Fulfillment to incorporate promotional, distribution and cannibalization effects into the Demand Consensus forecast and lead NA S&OP discussions.

This role requires turning data into actionable insights, challenging assumptions, and driving improvements in forecast accuracy while aligning with global S&OP goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning or Forecasting.
• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics or Business.
• Technical aptitude with forecast software (e.g., JDA Demand/Manugistics, SAP, Power BI, Nielsen).
• CPG industry experience is a plus.
• Key competencies: Business Acumen, Strategic Thinking, Influencing Others, Building Relationships.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Demand Consensus meetings to support NA S&OP and Global S&OP.
• Own and manage the monthly forecast inputs with Sales and Marketing.
• Collaborate with Base Forecasting to analyze forecasts and improve accuracy.
• Communicate forecast assumptions and risks to stakeholders.
