Job summary

Safran Trusted 4D, Inc. in West Henrietta, NY is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to join our growing team.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales Admin, Purchasing and Production to ensure demand plans align with the business strategy and ERP execution. You will own S&OP, develop master production schedules, and drive accuracy in ERP demand planning, with a focus on improving on-time delivery and efficiency across the global supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in materials management or materials and production planning.
• Experience running monthly S&OP meetings and setting up Demand Planning in ERP.
• Strong knowledge of MRP and rough-cut capacity planning.
• Supply chain certification preferred (APICS, ISM or CPSM).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the S&OP process and collaborate with Sales to assess opportunities and risks.
• Develop Master Production Schedule and adjust based on S&OP and other input.
• Prepare data for S&OP and use this data to create forecasts.
• Manage demand planning in ERP system and monitor for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Production and Supply Chain teams to identify issues for order reschedules and order execution.
• Implement planning strategies to improve Customer OTD and maximum efficiency.
