Job summary

The Demand Planning Manager at Rheem North America, based in Roswell, GA (Hybrid), leads the monthly Demand Review and drives the SIOP-aligned planning process across product categories, channels, customers, plants, and locations.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, IT/Data, and external teams to resolve data gaps, improve forecast accuracy, and deliver scalable, data-backed planning outputs for executive reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 5 years of progressive experience in demand planning, SIOP/S&OP, or related planning analytics.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Oracle Cloud SCM, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly demand planning and Demand Review cycles with baseline forecasts and consensus input.
• Own and improve the demand plan across product categories, channels, or locations to support SIOP and supply planning.
• Develop, validate, and maintain demand assumptions using multiple inputs and lifecycle changes.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, IT, and external partners.
• Manage KPIs for forecast accuracy, attainment, bias, and data quality; drive improvements.
• Lead demand planning support for NPI, lifecycle changes, and product hierarchy processes.
