Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of demand planning experience within a large enterprise environment.
• Experience managing 100+ SKUs simultaneously.
• Experience using SAP to create accurate demand forecasts.
• Led or contributed to monthly S&OP or IBP review meetings.
• Ability to articulate forecast methodologies and accuracy metrics such as MAPE and bias.

Responsibilities

• Maintain demand forecasts and ensure planning accuracy.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and business inputs to refine forecasts.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, supply chain, and operations teams to align forecasts with business expectations.
