Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Demand Planner to support demand forecasting and planning across assigned products and business areas. Utilize data analysis, forecasting tools, and cross-functional collaboration to develop forecasts that optimize inventory and support production planning.

The role participates in monthly S&OP, supports new product introductions, monitors forecast accuracy, and drives improvements in demand planning and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Excel proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, data validation and large data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multicultural partners.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Willingness to learn planning systems and reporting tools in a structured environment.
• Knowledge of forecasting principles and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned business groups.
• Review demand patterns using ORI, Qlik Sense, and SAC.
• Assist in new product launch forecasting and phase-out activities.
• Facilitate demand review meetings with Marketing and document insights.
• Monitor forecast and inventory KPIs and analyze variances.
• Support S&OP processes and cross-functional coordination.
